The location was the absolute winner. It is in a very good location for accessing public transport, especially the MRT, and a veritable gourmet paradise for food of all types.

No windows is a very poor look and the disparity in room sizes which were charged at the same rate is dreadful.

Good for basic accommodations in Singapore

Great location for Kampong Glam, Bugis & Raffles Hospital. Friendly, helpful staff. Good room for sleeping (but nothing more). Good price for Singapore.

There are windows, but they are covered with a frosting and don't open. Room is small. The shower is not contained so water goes all over the floor and toilet (not unusual in SE Asia).

Staff we're great, and the hotel is good value for money in the heart of the city.

It was good value for money. We stayed for just one night because our layover was just for the night so the accommodation did the job. The staff we're very friendly.

Room is small, but to be fair you won't get many other places for $170 NZD in a great location like this hotel was.

Location was great,lots of restaurants & bars nearby. Starbucks @ Concourse make a good latte. Lovely buildings, colourful art work on some. Staff were very helpful. 2nd room (204) I saw & took was better than the first (304)

Ist room had mouldy ceiling, & on walls. Both rooms shower tiles had black mould on them.

Old urine stains on toilet. Photos on booking.com nothing like the room. No windows. Very cold air-conditioning which could not be altered in the room, if you wanted to change it you have to contact reception. Very narrow bathroom.

it was a nice room to stay in for a short trip. the services are good and we had a pleasant time.

the staffs and services are friendly and good. The property is located at strategic location. near the tourist spot and also near the mrt

the bathroom lights were blinking at some point but it was ok. also the rooms does not have windows. You can’t open the window.

NO SERVICE AT ALL

When we arrive I wrenched My knee. The luggage was left on the footpath. The staff refused to help saying they couldn't leave their Post.

The lies staff told about being unable to leave their Post. 20min after twisting my knee I went back to the lobby and The Post was not attended. NO SERVICE AT ALL . the room was ok
